Problems to open some sites

I'm not able to open the following sites:
http://www.desktophdtour.com/
http://adobe.regsvc.com/reg/Site/events.asp?site=429
http://RusWin.net
http://Kbd.RusWin.net

Many peoples are saying me these sites are working on their PC.
What could be the problem in my IE?
I'm in a LAN (Router + Switch).

For second, third and fourth site IE gives me the error:

I also tested my java supprt but it say:

This browser is now running a JDK 1.1 applet from a jar file.
This browser can run Java version 1.5.0-beta applets.
Java support in this browser is provided by Sun Microsystems Inc..
The operating system is Windows XP version 5.1.
