Hello,

I have a customer who's using MS Outlook 2003 Premium. One of the users is
having a problem sending attachments larger than 1mb. The user has been
using Outlook 2003 without a problem for over a year, this is something
that's just started. It's not the ISP because no other user is having
problems, and when we use the webmail it will send 5mb attachments just fine.
Whenever the user tries to send an attachment larger than 1mb, the message
just sits in the outbox and is never delivered. We've tried removing the
pop3 account and reinstalling, but it still happens.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Try following http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;283165
to adjust the MTU size to 1400. Even tho this is a recent change, this is
the initial thought I have when hearing about transfer issues. That and
replace the network cable/net card. There's some really weird things that
happen with a net cable that is only slightly bad.
