Problems searching mail in archive folders

C

Charley Kyd

I'm trying find a message in one of my archive folders. But Outlook 2007
always returns "nothing found", even when I search for words that I can see
in the messages.

I suspect that this has something to do with indexing. If so, is there a way
to tell Outlook to ignore indexing and search the slow way?

Thanks.

I think you meant to post this in an Outlook 2007 newsgroup.

Try Lookeen (www.lookeen.net) Seriously, I was going nuts trying to
find this one specific email of which I knew it had to be somewhere in
my Outlook inbox. After a quick reseach I came across this little
search tool. I just started using it. However, I eventually did find
this one email I was looking for with it. And it seems like it can
even perform more useful (search) things. Just give it a try, maybe
it'll solve your "not found" problem :)

good luck
