Problems Saving

Why when I save a Word 2007 document does it delete my name out of the author
space on the cover page?
 
Is the document really a Word 2007 document? If not, then check Word
Options, Trust Center, Trust Center Settings, Privacy Options, and see if
"Remove personal information from file properties on save" is checked.
