Problems Running bootvis tool

when i run bootvis i get a popup window " Number of
Physical drives inthe trace file is 0. Trace file has
invalid system configuration information".
any suggestions?

Use a standard hard drive or ignore it. There is no reason to run bootvis as windows does it automatically.
