Bootvis Error Message

"Number of physical drives in the trace file is 0
Trace file has invalid system configuration information"

I'm running XP Home on my laptop, have only 1 physical
drive, a 30 giger, and it's not partitioned or anything.
When I try to trace a next hibernate and resume, or next
reboot, it gives me this error message when starting up.
Any ideas? Using bootvis 1.3.36.0 and have completed
windows update.

Thanks,
tslug

I translated this from the French.
Easy way: When the choice relates to the tracing of starting, it happens
that after restarting or opening of Bootvis, a window of error is posted
with the message "Number of Physical Drives in the trace spins is 0 - Trace
spins has invalid system configuration information". That occurs if a Zip
peripheral or analogue is connected. It is enough to insert the adequate
support (cartridge, diskette, CD, according to the type of peripheral) so
that Bootvis can do its work correctly.

Thanks. I found that and tried it, but inserting a CD
had no effect. Neither did disabling and removing the CD-
ROM drive.
