Problems Printing Envelopes

I'm using an HP PSC 2110 Deskjet. I go to customize envelope size and enter
the parameters. I go to Options and choose the face-down, right corner load.
I run a "test" using a full sheet of paper and the address and return
address appear to be in the correct positions. But each time I try it with
my Christmas card-envelope, it prints the return address in the middle of
the envelope and cuts off the recipient's address.
There must be something I'm not understanding here. Can anyone offer some
advice?

Word will only print what the printer driver allows and most are poor with
custom paper sizes. Your best bet is to create a template with the addresses
placed where you want using a standard paper size and margins to make up the
difference.

Thanks, Graham. I'll fiddle with it a while longer and then, no doubt, end
up using your suggestion.
