Problems post KB967715 installation

Hi all
Windows installed KB967715 update and since then my outlook express(6)
will not receive e mails from my SKY.com web based e mail account.
Anyone had the same problem or got any ideas as to a fix. I have
cheked all e mail account settings and they are all fine and i have
chcekd the forwarding settings in my SKY.com e mail account and again
all OK . OS is XP (32).

You could uninstall KB967715 and see if it fixes your issue.
Otherwise, there's a newer shell32.dll you can obtain by visiting
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/960253 and, at the top, click "Hotfix
Download Available View and request hotfix downloads", follow the
instructions, select the hotfix for XP, and try installing that
version. Let me know how it goes.
