problems loading network folder

Hello my names Phil and the new network administrator for a local company. I
have an employee that is using windows XP pro and is running office small
business 2002. When she tries to open her folder (which is located on the
server, Windows Server 2003) it takes 4 - 5 minutes to load. I have tried
loading her folder on another computer and it doesn't take long at all,
maybe 15 sec. I have also logged into her machine as myself and tried it and
it only take 15 sec. What could be causing her excel program to take so long
accessing that folder? Could it be a size issue? and if so where would I
check?

Sounds like a network issue with her user account. Try posting also in the
server user group.

Posting? I apologize but what do you mean by posting? And how would I post
in the user group? Whats wierd is if it's a network issue, then why would I
be able to access the same folder, in the normal 15 sec, when I am logged in
as myself on her computer?
