Problems installing WinXP FAX

At installation win components I get a request or a file
from SErvice Pack 1 which alledgely has been installed on
the computer (but I can't see the directory
ServicePackFiles...) it is a dll request which is not to
be found on the system. What next? Reinstall service pack
1? Can I just copy the directory from another computer
and paste it in the WINDOWS directory?

If you have applied SP1, these files may have been moved to a different
folder (ServicePackFiles\i386), and you will need to direct the routine to
that folder.
