Problems installing SP4

I am trying to install SP4 on a Windows 2000 server. The install process dies and I get an event ID of 1000, source is Msiinstaller and the description is "Product: Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (1033) -- Installation operation failed. " Any suggestions as to what is preventing SP4 from installing. I am thinking maybe the installer is corrupted.. Thanks.

If you are doing it over the web (Not from a CD or the Admin install (~127MB)) then increase your cache for IE and try again. Right-click IE icon on desktop | Properties | General | Settings... | Amount of disk space to use (slider) set to 390MB.
