When I connect to the Internet with my Laptop that has Windows XP I cannot always browse the net because I get the "page cannot be displayed" error. This happens around 70% of the times I connect to the Internet

When I use another computer with Windows 98, I have no such problems.

Any suggestions as to how to solve this problem will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Hi Nick have you got your cookies set up Ok. Go up to Tools-Internet Options-Privacy and click the ADVANCED tab and make sure you have "Override automatic cookie handling" either unticked to let your computer handle cookies or tick it, and customize. I have my settings on Block for first and third party cookies but allow all session cookies. I also allow sites I need to have first and third allowed, etc Bank and such.
