Problems downloading QFE 828749

1. How do I get this update (see details of problem below)

2. How do I get email notification when new updates are
available for Embedded XP?

From the XPE Critical updates web page

tical.asp) I selected the November 2003 link for QFE
828749
(http://www.microsoft.com/Windows/Embedded/xp/downloads/sec
updates/Q828749.asp) and then the download link
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyID=03fd0adf-4c3e-4b36-8354-
ee86b6bcf1cd&DisplayLang=en)which gives me the following
error: "The download you requested is unavailable"

It appears that the download link for QFE 828749 has been
removed from the Critical Updates page. Does this mean
that the update is no longer available? - or no longer
critical?

Or maybe I'm just being brushed off...

A question for someone at Microsoft: How can I be
confident that I am current with your available updates?
