Does it ever got disconnect, in other word, does remote assistance bring up
message saying it can't connect? what happen if you let you sit for, I
believe is about 5 mins but you might want to wait longer ?
also, do you have anyone on the other end to accept remote assistance
connection request?

computers just sit there. I've got Remote Desktop capabilities and the
computer is set up to allow remote assistance invites. All the other techs
in the office are able to do this, it only seems to be affecting me. Any
solutions would be great.
