Problems connecting to my office

At home windows xp pro with linksys wireless-g broadband router; at office network all windows xp pro with netgear fvs318 vpn router. Before I was able to get into my office, but i didn't have the linksys. i had check ip policies seem fine.Check tunnel settings. I can ping to the office router ip but not to the lan ip

In the netgear router at the office, you must forward port 3389, tcp, to the
xp Pro workstation's lan IP address.

Then, connect giving RD the office router's IP.

In some routers this is called forwarding, others call it publishing a
virtual server.
