Problems arising with missing files

I have a problem with my computer.
The problem is as follows:
Missing file: c:\program files\common
files\installshield\professional\runtime\0700\intel32
\dotnetinstaller.exe
I get this message when i run norton system works(find
and fix problems)
Norton system is unable to repair this file or probably
recover it.
I have the feeling that this file has been deleted.
Are there any other alternatives to recover the missing
file.If so kindly send me a detailed solution for this
problem

Dotnetinstaller is malware.

Try downloading, installing and updating the
spyware removers from the links below. Run both of them.
Ad-aware
