problems after defrag

Right after I successfully completed defragmentation on my
win 2000 pro, I'm sometimes experiencing a "blue screen
crash" with the following message:
"page fault in not paged area"
The sistem hangs.
Any idea?
 
Hi Francesco, I don't think this is caused by running defrag.
A common source of this error is faulty RAM. Try replacing them.
