Problems adding a POP account

I have 3 active email pop accounts on Outlook 2002. I tried to add a 4th
and it shows up on the list of accounts, but not on the popup screen when I
hit send/receive and I am not receiving any email on that account. On the
list of accounts I can not move it up on the list or make it the default
account, it is like it is ignored.

Any ideas?

In the account setting you'll have a checkbox sayong "include this
account when I send/recieve" e-mail or somthing of that kind, makle sure
it is filled, and it should solve your problem.
