Scan your system with AdAware for any spyware. Also try spybot.
Once your system is clean, change your security settings and do not allow
install on demand.

If you use Spybot S&D make sure you get the free version, pay versions are
pirated. Spybot has a Imunize page where you can lock you home page from
being changed.(Bottom of page) Here is a link to the free one.
