internet options adv. changes itself

i e 6, sp2, nortons, avg, wormguard, spybot, super antispy pro, stopzilla,
processguard, im overkill on spyware and prot. , none of these seem to be the
culprit however...my internet options , especially allow third party
browsers, and install on demand, ...change as and when they wish,, can i
lock these so they wont change by whatever is changing them? thank
you.....your help is gr8tly appreciated
