Dear

My computer always come out blue screen and restart. The
content of the blue screen i cant see because it only stay
for 1 or 2 sec than restart.
After restart, i message pop out and infron that window
has recovery from a serious error.
Here some information for the error:

In the system properties, click the advanced tab, then

the startup and recovery settings button, uncheck the box
for auto restart upon system failure option, and you can
do this from in safe mode I believe too. You can try that
safe mode menu option called; "last know good
configuration" as well. Your Event Viewer should list
errors related to this stop code, and that is in the
control panel/ then administrative tools. Most often the
stop codes are from bad device drivers, too old BIOS, or
even faulty RAM, but please post your exact error, thanks.
