Problem writing cookies after security update

Has anyone experience problems writing cookies on machines that just had a
security update installed - specifically the "Cumulative Security Update for
Internet Explorer (910620)"?

Windows version?

Suggest disabling any firewall until cookies are working correctly. Make
certain your time, date, and time *zone* settings are all correct.
