Problem with Works 7.0

Please can somebody give me some help with the following problem. I am having
problems starting the word processor part of Works version 7. The
spreadsheet and database parts of the program work perfectly, but every time
I try to start the word processor I get the following error. "The application
failed to start because the file LTKRN13N.dll was not found". I have
uninstalled then reinstalled both Works 7.0 and the operating system which is
Windows XP Professional, but I still get the same error. Any help would be
much appreciated.
