Problem with Windows Explorer Search (Files by Content)

I search all files for a string that is present in at least one, but
no files are returned in the search results.

I even tried selecting the specific file in the filename search, but
searching for the string in the file did not return that file.
 
This provided a solution that worked. Thanks!

It was not on the surface and took some digging, but the
source supplied also had a lot of other great info and fixes.
