Problem with user32.exe...

hello, weeks ago I got this virus and it deleted the file user32.exe, now everytime I start up my computer, it says that the file is missing, how can I fix that problem? can I replace that file or do I have to re-install windows again?

I don't have this file on my Windows XP Pro.
You can go to Start > Run > msconfig
startup tab
and disable entries related to this file.

You could also go to Start > Run > regedit
and delete mentions of the file in the registry.
