drwtsn32.exe Entry Point Not found

I'm having a problem booting my computer, I'm running XP professional on an
hp comp. I've looked through several other questions and can't find the exact
problem I'm having. I started my comp this morning, everything was fine,
checked my email and walked away. About an hour later I noticed my monitor
had just the HP logo on it. I waited about 1/2 hour, None of the drive lights
or anything were moving so I assumed it just locked up. I shut it down just
pulling the plug. When it rebooted, I got a small window with a parser error
message - Parse error 't' at line 920. I clicked OK, the only option. A log
in screen came up, not the usual one, so I attempted to log in, after a few
minutes I got a drwtsn32.exe Entry Point Not found error - The procedure
entry point GetDigItemPextW could not be located in the dynamic library
user32.dll.
I can't get to safe mode, or anything else. It almost seems like it's in a
continuous loop of rebooting, however, I'm not even getting a log in screen
anymore. Can someone help, please.
All updates are current.
