Problem with User Interface Core

I have some problems with my User Interface Core settings.
I've enabled "Show Run on Start Menu" and some other options but after
building there is no change in my start menu or desktop.

Did I miss something ?

But the way I'm using the "Explorer Shell" and have included "Standard Menu
Shortcuts"

Hi Ivan,

you can put temporary the location and regional settings to english / United
States (keyboard is not necessary). I had the same problem with the german
XP-Pro and TD (my target system is english) and after I tried this it works.
