Problem with the ksuser.dll file when running setup for my webcam

When I go through the setup for the driver for my cam, it gets done with the
instalation but wont let my cam work cause Windows says the ksuser.dll file
is missing and required. What can I do to fix it? Please help! I'm about to
start breaking things! LOL
