Problem with the keyboard

My keyboard work normal, nut th einternet keys do no work.
My computer is from DELL . I do not know what to do.
 
Sounds like you need to install the drivers for the keyboard.
These should be on a resource CD from dell or you can download these from
www.dell.com
 
Hello

Go to dell.com and look up your pc model and type
and you should be able to download the drivers for your
systems, or it came with a cdrom with your pc
