problem with sound card

Hi all,
I installed winXP on my PC, I found all the correct driver exept for
the sound card.
I have "SiS 7012 Audio Device" on board.
I downloaded the correct driver from http://download.sis.com/, but
when I try to install it, it appears me a window with an error
message: "UpdeteDriverForPlugandPlayDevice" "-536870397". I clik on OK
and the setup process ends.

I don't know what can i do.....

Can tou hel me??
