problem with sign in issue

What would cause the problem when you are a member of MSN
group with a passport and you are unable to sign in to
any msn site. Only the address appears and underneath a
blank page or a message (page not available)
Security settings have been checked (medium)
MSN help seem unable to assist with the problem

can you get to windows update? in ie tools windows update
. if you can or can't then scan for spywares with spybot
at safer-networking.org and update before scan.
and in ie delete cookies and delete files and offline
files. tools options advanced.
