Problem with shared Files and folders

I am in a company domain. I have created a shared folder for my team to
use. The problem is that some of them could access the folder and some
could not. I have set the permissions for all of them to Full control
over the contents of the shared folder. Security permissions are also
added indvidually to also have full control. Why do I still have users
not able to access the shared folder? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Ask you network administrator; there may be group policies in place
that affect local shares. (There normally are; local shares create a
great deal of additional network traffic and are generally discouraged,
if not out-right prohibited, by many network network administrators.)

Also may be conflict between share and NTFS permissions.

A very good point. Thanks for covering my omission.
