Problem with "save as" window

Whenever i try and save any document using the "save as" option and then
attempt to open the drop down window to choose another location, the drop
down window appears to freeze for about 60 seconds? After 60 seconds or so i
can choose an alternate location but the delay is driving me nuts! Any
suggestions?

Hi Richard,

There is a documented Word article that pertains to this. Either check with
the Word group or confire with the MS-KB.

Side note: Your Save As history is saved here: Start/Run/Regedit
