Problem with rundll32.exe

I was wondering if anyone could tell me of a way to retrieve the rundll32.exe file without my original cd. My son inadvertently deleted the file and I cannot find my Windows XP Home Edition CD to retieve the file. I am using a Sony Vaio PCV650 and I have the Application and System recovery CD's but not the Specific Windows CD. If anyone could help it would be very appreciated!
