Hello,

Hopefully someone can help me out with te following problem. I have a
computer with ATI MMC7.7.
I am trying to get some videofragments from tape(vcr) on my harddisk. The
tv-tuner displays the fragments correctly,
but when I use the Digital Video Recorder and store the images on my
computer the fragment doesn't come out right.
It's still a 4:3 format, but only the upper half of the fragments I
recorded.
The same problem occurs when I use TV-on-demand.
Who recognizes this problem and knows how to solve it??

Thanks,

Esther

Which videocard? Which drivers? Which OS?

Sorry,

Here's the information:

My OS is Windows XP, the videocard is a ATI AIW Radeon 9000 PRO and the MMC
is version 7.9 not 7.7
I'm not sure what drivers I have.

Everything was pre-installed on my HP PAvilion 784 pc.
Apperantly the didn't install it to good :-(
and I am no expert on hardware.

The diagnostics tool keeps telling me te INF file is missing, but when I
look in my hardware list all WMD-things appear to be installed correctly
