Problem with passwords

I have been having a hell of a time with passwords I have to deal with
Internet Explorer and MSN. I have accounts set up on the Internet and MSN
messenger. Every time I try to log in it says that I have entered an
incorrect password or username. I've reset my password about five times with
MSN messenger, and it still won't let me in. I've created new profiles, and
it still said that I entered an incorrect password or username. When I'm on
web sites and try to log in, it says that I entered an incorrect password or
username. I recently did a repair install of Windows, and after that I have
been getting these problems. when I go into Mozilla, the username and
password work just fine.I would appreciate some help.

first check if you have the caps lock activate you need to desativated
before typing password. when you are in internet explorer and you want to see
your email or open any account you need to enable the cookies: go to internet
explorer, go to tools, go to internet options, go to privacy and set to
default. Mozilla is a good program that remember the cookies that is why you
dont have problems. I do not know about if you try to open the messenger in a
administrator account or limited account, you need to give rights to open the
program in all users
