Problem with outlook 2003 BCM after technical refresh.

I've been using Outlook 2003 and BCM successfully for a
few weeks. Moved all business contacts to BCM...works
great!. Did a technical refresh, which seemed to fix some
small bugs, but now, when i try to open BCM, i get
message "the set of folders could not be opened. The
server is not available."

When i try to reinstall BCM, i get message "this version
of BCM requires oulook beta 2003 (build
11.0.4920.2+). ..."

What is needed to access biz contacts?

Did you download the Beta 2 Refresh of BCM as well?

Now, that being said, if you didn't export your contacts and accounts
before, you'll lose them with the refresh. The refresh included fundamental
database changes that made the refresh database incompatible with the
non-refresh version.

So, your best bet (if you didn't export ahead of time) is to uninstall
Office B2 Refresh, reinstall Beta 2, install BCM, then export your accounts
and contacts. Then uninstall BCM. Install the Office Refresh, then install
the BCM refresh. Then import your accounts and contacts.
