Outlook 2007 with BCM

Hi all. I have office 2007 pro plus, and I also have the cd for outlook
with Business Contact Manager (BCM). I read in the help file that I can
install office pro plus with outlook, then install outlook with BCM in
order to get the outlook in office pro plus to run with BCM. I've done
this procedure, and I've even tried rebooting, then reinstalling BCM but
I still don't have the BCM menu appearing in outlook. However, I do see
the BCMsqlstartupsvc process running in the task manager. What can I do
in order to load the BCM menu into outlook? Thanks!

I was able to fix this problem by running outlook in cached exchange
mode. Before testing this, I supported office XP and I don't think it
had that check box there, but 2007 does.

Correct. Cached Exchange mode was introduced in Outlook 2003.
