Outlook 2007 technical refresh and business contact manager.

I nstalled the beat 2 release of office 2007 professional and before running
it installed and ran the technical refresh. Now of course my 2003 business
contact manager does not work. Is there a fix or another download that I need
to get? I'd really like to get my BCM back up and working.
