Problem with Norton AV2004

I cannot reach the symantec website (page will not
display) in order to report/diagnose faults.
Could the installn have changed the browser settings and
how can I reach their support by changing the settings.
 
Remove Norton and return it.

Many complaints in these newsgroups about how bad things are when using
Norton.

can you reach other antivirus websites????
scan for spyware or a virus.
