Problem with new hot fixes

We released a new patch for two new hotfixes at my company. They are MS)(-001
and 002. Have any of you ran across DCOM errors, a EventSystem error, and a
NetCfgSvr. All four of these were errors in the event viewer on his computer.
All just after he installed the hotfixes. He uninstalled the hotfixes, and
the problems still pursist.
