For more information, see Help and Support Center at

Checking this Help and Support Centre gives the following

Events 4353 and 4356
There is no additional information about this issue in the Error and Event
Log Messages or Knowledge Base databases at this time.

DCOM error

Component: System Event Log
Symbolic Name: EVENT_RPCSS_START_SERVICE_FAILURE
Message: DCOM got error "%%%1" attempting to start the service %2 with
arguments "%3" in order to run the server:%4

However this is not the error message in the system event viewer.

All of the messages are repeated 8 times each.

Can anyone tell me what is happening ?

TIA
