problem with My TV

i have a toshiba qosmio,
in the media center i can look at pic, watch video, listen to music,
but everytime i goto the My TV, no matter if i am trying to watch a recorded
tv, the live tv or movie, once i click on any of the 3, it jump back out to
my window desttop?

anyone know how i can fix this?

it used to be fine

any help would be great, thx in advance

Have you contacted Toshiba, or gone to their web site to see if they
know of any issues like you are having?

i try toshiba,
no 1 seem to have this problem
