I have tried to use Map point 2002 to locate maps of clients in Office 2003.
When I had Office XP, I was able to use outlook and pull up the maps. Now,
it does not work. WHJ?

Any help would be appreciated.

In Outlook 2003, go to contacts, double click on the
contact that you would like to see a map, then either click
on the Display map of Address icon on the tool bar, or
choose Display map of Address from the Actions dropdown menu.

I haven't tried this, but I presume the versions need to match.

Sory, no email replies. Also note - posting your valid e-mail address in a
newsgroup post, or in your news account settings, is a surefire way to get
spam and SWEN and other viruses sent to you....see
http://www.mailmsg.com/SPAM_munging.htm for help in the future, but note
that now that your address is out there, there's not much you can do other
than changing your address.

Chuck, Thank you for your input.

Unfortunately, it does not work. Which is strange since using the very same
instructions did work when I had Office XP. I have re-loaded Map Point 2002
just in case that was necessary. NOTHING.

Chuck and to anyone else, I would appreciate hearing from you on this. Do I
need to contact Microsoft tech help and have them de-bug this problem? You
can post your replies here. To everyone, thank you for your input.

Dear Lanwench, Thank you for that input on the email.

OK, I woukld really appreciate anyone lese provided input on this problem.
Is it a problem Microsoft does not know about? Can they or do they have a
patch to fix this conflict? Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
