Problem with ISO file

Hello, I have a 4-gig ISO file on my computer. When I try to open it
with WinISO, it says "Cannot open file: it appears to be a invalid
format image!". Opening it with Undisker shows nothing (no
files/folders/etc.). Does that mean it is corrupt? Any ideas?

Thanks.

Which Windows version?

Do you have a current version of WinISO? Also, I'd suggest you try
other ISO programs, such as ISOBuster. It's mainly designed for
recivering files from trashed CD-DVD's but it does work on ISO files.
Also, you could try burning the ISO to a DVD with your burning proggie
and see if that works. Maybe another ISO program can extract the files?
