problem with internet toolbar

I have a question I was was wondering how do you get rid
of a toolbar because for some reason this toolbar appear
in my internet and i can get rid of it. The only thing i
can do is go up to favorites and go to toolbar and make
invisable so I was wondering how can a get rid of it for
good from the internet?
