Problem With Internet Links

I have Outlook 2000-SP3 and Windows 2000-SP4.

I used to be able to click on an Internet link included
in an e-mail and my web browser would be launched.
Now nothing happens when I click on an Internet
link.

Not sure if it is an Outlook problem but I thought I'd
give it a try...

Thanks for your suggestions.

Try this: in Internet Explorer, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset
Web Settings
