Problem with Internet explorer homepage setting

I have also got problems with my home web page setting.
Everytime I reboot or shut off and restart my computer, it
reverts to http://www.search-space.com/. I go into
Internet options and change it back and each time it
brings this other stupid web page up. How do I get rid of
this and have it bring up what I want the page to be.
