Internet explorer settings

I have a problem savings my ie settings so that my home page stays the same.
It just changes everytime i restart my computer, sometimes during use.
Already cleaned up my system except for one thing (adware:HDPlugn1011.dll)
can't seem to find it to delete it. Other than that I have no idea y my
homepage won't stay the same. Need help urgently. The page it keeps changing
to:(www.search-paga.com/10039/)
 
I had that problem and it was Spyware that was hijacking my browser.

Just another typical spyware problem. Your homepage has been hijacked. Get
some spyware scanners and clean your pc.
