I have a problem where my default homepage on my explorer
keeps changing to

res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776

It is some type of search site.
My searchs are hijacked also and go to

http://www.search-aid.com/search.php?qq=murray&pin=22776

I run Norton Antivirus and am current with all those
updates. I have clean out all my cookes any thought on
how to fix this?

You have a multiple Spyware Parasite situation.
"mshp.dll" is a "Cool Web Search" variant.
You may or may not be able to remove it with the Cool Web Shredder.
An attempt is in order, tool here: http://www.merijn.org/files/CWShredder.exe
Hit the executable with all instances of IE & OE closed, follow the prompts.

The "search-aide/aid" URL has deposited *another* parasite.

Download and run either SpyBot Search & Destroy or Lavasoft's
Ad-aware, info and download here: http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm
Run either of the two applications (update the reference files using the online
update feature) - run a scan. Post back if you have questions of your scan
results.

You may need to run another third-party Spyware recovery tool subsequent
to this - "Hijack This" - at the latter URL.
